Purpose
The pressure chamber is designed for leak testing of TMS submersible blocks from various manufacturers using the external pressure method in accordance with GOST 24054-86 and test methodology Qf per GOST 28210-89. The block is fully submerged in the test vessel, pressure of 60 MPa is created and maintained for at least 10 minutes.
Test Process
The submersible block is placed in the test vessel, which is then filled with mineral oil. An automated pressure pump creates the required pressure. After the specified hold time, the vessel is depressurized through the drain valve. The product is extracted, wiped, and weighed.
Leak detection is performed by the weight difference method. Precision scales included in the delivery are connected to the control system — weight values before and after pressure testing are recorded automatically, ensuring objective control and minimizing human error.
