Purpose
The automated stand is designed for acceptance testing of fittings under serial production conditions. Three types of tests are performed: leak tightness (differential manometric method), strength, and burst (up to 60 MPa).
Configuration
The stand features two independent test circuits:
- Pneumatic circuit: for leak tightness testing of up to 10 fittings simultaneously (0.6–1.0 MPa)
- Hydraulic circuit: for strength and burst testing in an armored chamber (1–60 MPa)
