Purpose
The stand is designed for cyclic endurance testing of hydraulic shock absorbers and shock absorber struts. It performs sinusoidal compression-tension cycles with controlled parameters, simulating real-world operating conditions over the product's lifetime.
Design
The stand features an electro-mechanical crank-and-connecting-rod drive, ensuring high reliability and low maintenance requirements. Up to 5 products can be tested simultaneously, each with up to 24 kN of force. The built-in closed-loop water cooling system prevents overheating during extended test runs.
