Purpose
The TMS leak test stand is designed for hydrostatic testing of submersible telemetry blocks from various manufacturers at 45 MPa pressure. Testing is performed using the external pressure method or by weighing, in accordance with GOST 24054-86 and Qf methodology per GOST 28210-89.
Design
The stand includes a test vessel, manual hydraulic pump NRG-7020, filling system, lifting and rotating device, and precision scales. Products are submerged in the test vessel filled with mineral oil, pressurized, and then weighed to detect any fluid ingress.
